Who i am

I'm a Sonoma County native who's passionate about working with people and improving lives. My journey in becoming a therapist started with the simple curiosity of how our relationships work and how people deal with complex challenges in their lives. I've now been working in the mental health field for the past 12 years and have seen the importance of having a knowledgeable guide when we feel stuck or overwhelmed.
